Canon Inkjet Printers

Canon PIXMA MP470

We sell refill inks, genuine Canon cartridges, and accessories for this printer.

In general, our customers have found this printer easy to refill, and particularly good for printing color photographs in light volume (1000-1500 pages per month).

You may need to make the holes in the top of these cartridges larger. Otherwise, these cartridges refill like HP #56 and HP #57 cartridges.

Cartridge/Ink Information

PGI-30, PG40, PG50 Pigmented Black Cartridges

Inks

Pigmented Black - WJ1020. This ink is for fast drying text printing. It is the closest match to the original Canon ink. $34.95 per pint.
Pigmented Black - WJ1010. This ink is for the best appearance text printing. It dries slightly slower than WJ-1020, but is a bit darker and crisper. $34.95 per pint.
Dye-based Economy Black - WJ165. This ink is lower cost. It is the blackest ink, but easily dissolves in water. It also does not mix as well with the color inks to form good graphics and photos. But it is just fine for home text printing. $21.95 per pint.

Cyan (Blue) - WJ2032: Standard Dye-based Ink. This ink carries a price of $23.95 per pint. It has been matched to the original Canon ink.
Magenta (Red) - WJ6121: Standard Dye-based Ink. This ink carries a price of $23.95 per pint. It has been matched to the original Canon ink.
Yellow - WJ797: Standard Dye-based Ink. This ink carries a price of $23.95 per pint. It has been matched to the original Canon ink.
